			<h4>Preparación</h4>
<p>Picar los cueritos o deshebrar la carne para que quede con trozos pequeños para porciones perfectas.</p>
<p>Picar los pepinos y mezclar con la lechuga o col, puedes sazonar con las especias que mas te gusten.</p>
<p>Poner sobre las camas de chicharrón la mezcla de carne o cueritos, agregar la mezcla de pepino con col o lechuga.</p>
<p>Al final agregar el topping de crema y queso al gusto y por supuesto el toque que no puede faltar de Salsa Pozatini. Te recomendamos La Clásica o La Negrita.</p>
